Possehl Erzkontor is continuously developing and has completed the first steps of its new “Road#2024PLUS” strategy process. The core of the future strategy is brought to the point by the vision statement, which summarizes the new vision, the mission and the corporate values. The corporate strategy has already been approved by Possehl Erzkontor’s shareholder CREMER and will be implemented in the next few weeks and months.
“Possehl Erzkontor wants to be 1st team of choice for raw material solutions,” says Jan Weber, who is CEO of Erzkontor since February 2020. “Since more than 100 years we are improving the raw material balance of our customers. In the future we want to diversify our business to new products and regions and verticalize the value chain in order to offer even more varied services and values to our customers”.
